Shipping policy

Production & Lead Times Due to the highly custom nature of our products and packaging, we cannot guarantee exact shipment or delivery dates. Our standard production turnaround time is typically 6 to 8 weeks. For orders exceeding 1,000 units, we may occasionally be able to accommodate expedited timelines upon request, subject to our operational capacity.

Shipping Costs Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on the final destination, total order quantity, and weight, and will vary from order to order.

Chain of Custody & Transfer of Risk Once your custom products are ready, we carefully package them and arrange for prompt, reliable shipping. All orders leave our facility on a FOB Georgetown, Texas basis.

Please be aware that once your order is transferred to our shipping partners, the chain of custody—and the risk of loss—is governed entirely by their policies and procedures. While we ensure proper packaging and handling prior to transfer, any delays, issues, damage, or discrepancies that may arise during transit fall strictly under the responsibility of the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged by the carrier, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery so we may assist you in navigating a carrier claim.
