Sales FAQs
We position this as a premium, impulse gift - not a pet supply. Retailers should think of these as beautiful, consumable pieces of art that just happen to have dog treats inside.
50% of Americans have dogs. If a customer doesn’t, they almost certainly know someone who does. With that angle, there’s no reason these treats should be limited to pet stores.
Lead with the art and the premium gift story, and let the treats inside prove they belong.
Our opening and reorder minimum is $144 (24 bags). This is made up of 4 case packs of 6 units, and buyers can mix and match designs (by case pack) to meet the minimum.
Shipping fees are 12% of the order value.
Orders ship in 5-7 business days.
Jasper treats are made in our human-grade bakery in Austin, TX. The facility is both gluten-free certified and SQF-certified.
All components (packaging, ingredients, etc) are sourced and made in the USA.
Jasper treats are made of 9 simple, whole-food, human-grade ingredients. We haven't met a dog that didn't love them.
Ingredients: oat flour, eggs, flaxseed, peanut butter, honey, olive oil, blueberries, rosemary extract, blueberry oil
Our recipe is considered allergy-friendly as it avoids most major dog allergens (no chicken, beef, or dairy).
No wheat, soy, highly-processed oils, artificial colors or preservatives.
The blueberry oil gives the treats an amazing aroma that sets them apart from most dog treats - they actually smell good!

We chose to use our best‑selling peanut butter & blueberry treats in every Destination Collection design. Each bag is differentiated by its artwork, not by flavor.
18 months - sell-through should not be a concern.
We are always willing to expand our catalog if there's an uncovered destination that makes sense. We're committed to accommodating, but urge you to factor in sell-through before proposing a special design for a low-traffic or niche area. With hundreds of SKUs already in the catalog, we prioritize minimizing inventory for niche locations, and just ask that our reps identify several retailer targets before asking us to invest in developing a new design to be sold at our Destination Collection MOQ.
After consideration, we may let you know that we are only able to create a design at our custom minimum of 150 units.
An effective method we've utilized is developing a fully custom design (150 unit MOQ) that highlights the destination and incorporates the retailers logo in a subtle way. This customized design offers exclusive branding for the retailer, embraces the distinct destination art, and increases the order value.
This has been the only objection we’ve received for the Destination Collection so far.
When this comes up, we like to ask buyers whether their customers have dogs (they almost certainly do), and then remind them that this isn’t a pet supply item - it’s a premium, one-of-a-kind piece of art that just happens to have dog treats inside.
The opening order is very low and the shelf life is long. If a retailer can’t move 24 bags in 18 months, it’s usually a sign of merchandising or traffic challenges rather than a lack of demand for the product.
We have the ability to develop fully custom designs at the super low MOQ of just 150 units. No other private labeler has the ability to produce such premium packaging at such low minimums.
Retailers have the choice between two flavors: Sweet Potato & Honey, or Peanut Butter & Blueberry.
We offer volume based discounts, with 5oz bags starting at $5.75/unit at the MOQ.
Lead times for custom projects are ~6 weeks from final design decision.
We collect payment up front.
Concerns about custom MOQ?
We completely understand 150 units is considered a nonstarter for many businesses. We have hundreds of clients that are small local businesses that took the leap and ordered 150 units despite their concern about the investment and need to manage the inventory. These clients now regularly reorder with us. They aren't concerned about sell-through because the product has become a staple in their store, and their customers come back for it because they can't find it anywhere else.
